Germany – Switchgear – Erneuerung von Primär- und Sekundärkomponenten bestehender 35-kV-Schaltanlagen einschließlich Lieferung und Montage

The 35-kV switchgear of the substations Mainzer Straße (UW 11), Rathaus (UW 12) and Hauptbahnhof (UW 13) are a crucial component of the 750-V-DC traction power supply of Saarbahn Netz GmbH and ensure the energy supply of the overhead line network. The substations, constructed in 1995, include, among other things, 35-kV and DC switchgear as well as the associated control, protection and supply technology. Due to the obsolescence of the protection and control technology components used and the unavailability of spare parts, retrofit measures on the 35-kV switchgear are necessary to ensure long-term supply reliability. The planned renovation and refurbishment measures are described in Sections 1 to 3.
