SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is responsible for planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties, taking into account educational needs and economic principles, and leasing approximately 350 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to renovate a listed gymnasium, as well as the renovation of outdoor facilities and drains at the site at Im Allhorn 45 in Hamburg.
