Austria – Construction work – BVW - HBLA Ursprung - GU+

The aim of the tender is to find a general contractor plus (GU+) for the project "HBLA Ursprung" (renovation of the listed Schloss Ursprung and the adjacent Higher Federal College for Agriculture). The project is to be implemented using an Early Contractor Involvement model (ECI), which, through cooperative project management, enables comprehensive involvement of all parties and thus ensures optimisation of the project.
