The present consultation concerns the management of seven out-of-school care facilities, educational Wednesday activities and holiday centres for the Communauté de Communes Coeur du Pays Haut. Out-of-school and leisure care without accommodation is an essential local service for families: it enables parents to balance family and professional life and contributes to the education of children. The Communauté de Communes Coeur du Pays Haut (CC CPH) entrusts a service provider with the management and operation of the Collective Children's Accommodation (ACM) facilities, namely: - The out-of-school leisure care service for primary school children, during school hours, i.e. mornings, middays and evenings on weekdays from Monday to Friday, as well as all day on Wednesdays, except on public holidays - The out-of-school leisure care service for primary school children, during out-of-school hours, i.e. during school holidays from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The CC CPH is responsible for 7 listed sites.
