Description

The present mission of ordering, monitoring and coordination concerns the operation relating to the renovation of wing 40.06 of building 40 (also called building 40.06) aiming at the sustainability of the facilities, the rationalisation of surfaces in relation to the new uses of the building and the improvement of the comfort of the occupants. The operation must make it possible to continue the global rehabilitation programme of the entire building 40, initiated in 2020. The renovation programme follows the CEA's heritage strategy by applying the State's tertiary occupation doctrine, compliance with the applicable thermal regulations and in compliance with energy sobriety and targeted performance. The renovation operation of wing 40.06 includes:

 A phase n°1 relating to the asbestos removal / clearing of wing 40.06;

 A phase n°2 relating to the arrangement of wing 40.06;

 Common works/means/base life related, under CEA's internal project management.

The services entrusted to the Contractor are the subject of a firm section and four optional sections as follows:

 Firm section: - Phase n°1 – Asbestos removal / clearing: OPC missions during the design/study phase (from AVP to ACT) relating to the scope of phase n°1; - Phase n°2 – Arrangement: OPC missions during the design/study phase (from APS to ACT) relating to the entire scope of phase n°2 (base and options n°1 and 2 under general project management and common works/means/base life related to the operation, under CEA's internal project management);

 Optional section n°1 - Phase n°1 – Asbestos removal / clearing: OPC missions during the works phase until the lifting of the last reserve, the commissioning and the commissioning of the Work as well as the taking possession of the premises by the future users, for the scope of the works of phase n°1;

 Optional section n°2 - Phase n°2 - Arrangement: OPC missions during the works phase, until the lifting of the last reserve, the commissioning and the commissioning of the Work as well as the taking possession of the premises by the future users, for the scope of the base works of phase n°2 and the common works/means/base life related to the operation, under CEA's internal project management;

 Optional section n°3 - Phase n°2 - Arrangement: OPC missions during the works phase, until the lifting of the last reserve, the commissioning and the commissioning of the Work as well as the taking possession of the premises by the future users, for the scope of the works relating to option n°1 of phase n°2 concerning the technical servitudes related to the Computer Room intended for DPTI (named INFO 1);

 Optional section n°4 - Phase n°2 - Arrangement: OPC missions during the works phase, until the lifting of the last reserve, the commissioning and the commissioning of the Work as well as the taking possession of the premises by the future users, for the scope of the works relating to option n°2 of phase n°2 concerning the technical servitudes related to the Computer Room intended for the Centre (named INFO 2).

The CEA subcontracts all or part of the optional sections, if necessary, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at the latest one month after the award of the Works contracts subject to the optional section concerned. The non-subcontracting of all or part of the optional sections does not give rise to any compensation in favour of the Contractor. The expected services are precisely described within the technical specifications and the draft contract.
