Poland – Miscellaneous computer equipment – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego i peryferyjnego

In accordance with the records of point 4 of the SWZ 4.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment and peripherals, divided into (8) eight parts: part 1 – supply of laptops, part 2 – supply of laptops, part 3 – supply of mobile graphic workstations, part 4 – supply of monitors, part 5 – supply of tablets, part 6 – supply of rugged tablets, part 7 – supply of wide-format scanner, part 8 – supply of plotter. The description of the subject of the contract includes the scope of supplies, which the Contractor will be obliged to perform as part of the basic contract and the contract subject to the right of option in the scope of parts 1, 3 and 4 of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the contract subject to the right of option. 4.2. The detailed scope and manner of implementing the subject of the contract have been specified in:  attachments 1.1-1.8 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract for parts 1-8;  attachment 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions for parts 1-8. 4.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered supplies, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and as components, service environment elements or accompanying solutions, do not include: 4.3.1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; 4.3.2. an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the tender on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act.
