Poland – Radiotherapy, mechanotherapy, electrotherapy and physical therapy devices – Akcelerator do tomoterapii wraz z modernizacją bunkra.

The subject of the contract is: Tomotherapy Accelerator with Bunker Modernisation. The subject of the contract includes:

1) Purchase by the Purchaser and sale by the Contractor of a factory-new tomotherapy accelerator (hereinafter referred to as "equipment")

2) Preparation of design documentation and execution of construction and installation works related to the installation of the equipment and adaptation of the room at the Purchaser's Radiotherapy Department I, in order to meet the functional and technical requirements, execution of all works within the scope of adaptation and renovation works covered by the subject of the contract

3) dismantling, removal, transport and disposal of the equipment, which is part of the Purchaser's equipment, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, together with the delivery to the Purchaser of documents confirming the proper disposal of waste

4) delivery, installation, commissioning and handover of the equipment for operation

5) Conducting training for a minimum of 6 employees (in accordance with the SWZ) of the Purchaser, covering the operation of the equipment. The training will cover the medical personnel and engineering and technical personnel indicated by the Purchaser. The conducted training will be documented with named certificates and a list of trained persons signed by the training participants and their organiser.
