The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts under Section 130a (8) SGB V for various active ingredients within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure: Under the condition of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of discount contracts under Section 130a (8) SGB V. The earliest contract start date is 01.05.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months.
