The estimated value of the contract is 120 000 EUR.

The tender procedure will be an open procedure.

The EIT Higher Education Initiative is a pilot initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) to support universities in developing and implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education.

The purpose of this tender is to select a service provider to support the EIT in the management of events related to the EIT Higher Education Initiative.

The services to be provided include:

- Planning and coordination of events

- Logistical support for events

- On-site management of events

- Communication and promotion of events

- Reporting and evaluation of events

The events to be managed include:

- Workshops and seminars

- Conferences and symposia

- Training sessions and webinars

- Networking events and meetings

The service provider will be required to have:

- Proven experience in event management

- Knowledge of the higher education sector

- Familiarity with innovation and entrepreneurship education

- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment

- Fluency in English

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the services offered, the price, and the experience of the service provider.

The duration of the contract will be 12 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

The EIT reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, to cancel the tender procedure, or to accept any tender without assigning a reason.
