The city of Weikersheim intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the existing indoor pool in 97990 Weikersheim, Laudenbacher Straße 18. The indoor pool is structurally integrated into the school complex of the Gymnasium. The renovation will be carried out as part of an overall measure in two construction phases. The subject of the present tender is the renewal and supplementation of the swimming pool water technology in the 2nd construction phase in connection with the renovation of the new stainless steel teaching pool. The existing teaching pool will be replaced by a new stainless steel pool. The existing swimming pool water technology must be adapted or renewed as part of the measure to meet the new structural and technical requirements. In this context, the necessary hydraulic, technical and structural connections between the new stainless steel pool, the pool fittings and the swimming pool water treatment must be established. The scope of services to be tendered includes the necessary systems and system components for the treatment, circulation, filtration, disinfection and distribution of the swimming pool water, including the associated piping, fittings and measuring/control technology. The swimming pool water technology must be adapted to the requirements of the new stainless steel pool. This includes in particular the creation of the necessary inlets and outlets, the connection of the pool inlets and overflow devices, as well as the hydraulic and technical integration of the pool into the existing or newly created swimming pool water treatment plant. The services must be carried out in the existing structure and taking into account the existing structural and technical conditions of the indoor pool. The interfaces with the stainless steel pool, the electrical systems and the other technical trades must be taken into account and coordinated in accordance with the planning and tender documents. All supply, assembly, connection, testing, adjustment and commissioning work necessary for the complete, functional and professional manufacture and commissioning of the swimming pool water system, including any necessary ancillary and adaptation work, are part of the service, provided they are described in the tender documents. The execution of the 2nd construction phase is planned as part of the overall measure for the period from January 2027 to September 2027.
