Provision of general and special cleaning tasks at the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport as follows:

1. Terminal area cleaning

General, alpine and ozone cleaning services as described in the Technical Description, to be carried out at the following frequencies:

Pre-plannable, general cleaning areas where the service must be provided continuously throughout the year (365 days):

1. Passenger areas, including car parks and smoking areas (45330 nm)

2. Passenger toilets (1642 nm)

3. Office areas (8877 nm)

4. Workshop areas and baggage sorting (8830 nm)

5. Medical facilities (91 nm)

6. Waste storage areas (108 nm)

7. External areas not directly related to passenger traffic: staff car parks and smoking areas, green areas.

The requirements and service levels for the tasks are detailed in the Technical Description. The winning AT must provide the consumables for the toilets – e.g. hand sanitiser, hygiene paper – as well as all cleaning agents, tools and equipment. AK requires the application of the provisions of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII.8.) Sections 5-6. Detailed in the Technical Description. In addition, non-pre-plannable, event-following (cleaning up the consequences of unexpected events that occur on site) or extraordinary cleaning tasks, as well as scheduled deep cleaning tasks, must be carried out. The tasks also include the ozone cleaning of the external facade, with alpine technology being used for the control tower facade cleaning. The winning AT must ensure that staff are available at the airport 24 hours a day to deal with any event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The winning AT must operate a dispatcher service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which can be reached by telephone and e-mail. When determining the number of staff, attention must be paid to the minimum number of staff required in the technical description. To meet the service level, a separate team must be provided for the external areas (courtyard workers), for window cleaning (window cleaners) and for cleaning the dining areas in the Skycourt FoodCourt, including the operation of the dishwasher, washing of cutlery, plates and trays. 2. Cleaning of areas outside the terminal

The task includes the regular cleaning of the following areas:

Cleaning of passenger toilets in the GAT (General Aviation Terminal) building, car parks, pavements and building sections reserved for passengers (300 nm internal and 6790 nm external area), office, workshop and medical facilities, waste storage areas (25000 nm), staff car parks, designated smoking areas, and green areas in the T1 environment (66300 nm).

The winning AT must ensure that cleaning activities of the required quality and frequency are carried out on all sites, including any event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The most common extraordinary cleaning requirement is usually some kind of event in the T1 area. In the case of events, it is necessary to ensure the ordered pre-, post- and operational cleaning. In addition to the daily cleaning activities, the areas must be scheduled for deep cleaning at the frequency specified in the technical description. The buildings are scattered across the airport site, so the winning AT must have a vehicle that can transport the cleaning equipment, consumables and chemicals, and the cleaning staff if necessary, between the sites. The vehicle must have an SRA area access permit and the driver must have an urban driving licence. The winning AT must ensure that at least 2 operational staff are available on site 24 hours a day to deal with any event-following or extraordinary cleaning activities. The winning AT must operate a dispatcher service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which can be reached by telephone and e-mail. The winning AT must provide the consumables for the toilets – hand sanitiser, hygiene paper, as well as all cleaning agents, tools and equipment. AK requires the application of Government Decree 235/2024. Sections 5-6. 3. Special cleaning tasks

Special cleaning tasks to be carried out at BUD under a framework contract, valued at 170,000,000 Ft. The special nature of the task is determined not only by the technology, but also by the location and accessibility of the surfaces to be cleaned. High-level work, high-altitude vacuuming above 15 metres and the use of other special equipment – such as high-pressure washers or steam cleaners – are required for the task. Depending on the technology used, the use of a lifting platform may be essential for the task. In detail:

- Deep cleaning of 3 passenger smoking terraces (total approx. 934 nm area) every six months or every quarter as follows: complete wet mopping of the floor, washing of side walls, washing of seating areas and waste bins, washing of so-called bus stops, cleaning of glass surfaces inside and out.

- Dry cleaning of perforated, U-profile false ceiling with high-altitude vacuum cleaner over approx. 7800 nm once a year

- Wet cleaning of external flooring (concrete, viacolor) and external seats, columns once a year, depending on the type of contamination, using chemical or high-pressure washing or steam cleaning over approx. 9000 nm

- Dry and wet cleaning of high-level objects (signs, clocks, monitors, cornices, vents, decorations)

All cleaning agents, chemicals, tools, equipment, vehicles, etc. required for the cleaning tasks must be provided by the winning AT. Detailed tasks as per the issued Technical Descriptions.
