The contracting authority is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of bias voltage supplies. The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Bias Voltage Supplies for Research and Development

Lot 2: Bias Voltage Supplies for Production

Lot 3: Bias Voltage Supplies for Testing and Calibration

The estimated total value of the framework agreement is EUR 3 000 000, excluding VAT.

The duration of the framework agreement will be 48 months, with the possibility of extension for a further 24 months.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this framework agreement.

The minimum and maximum number of tenders to be received is 3 and 10 respectively.

The estimated start date for the framework agreement is 01/01/2024.

The contracting authority will use the following weighting for the award criteria:

- Price: 60%

- Technical merit: 30%

- Delivery time: 10%

The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with tenderers.

The language of the procurement procedure is English.

The contracting authority is the European Commission, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, located in Brussels, Belgium.
