The tender is divided into distinct lots, enabling bidders to submit offers for one or more parts of the scope.1. Leasing of facilities and instructors for manned ship-handling models for an introductory course.2. The course aims to enhance navigational safety and operational competence by providing practical, hands-on training in ship dispensers using scaled manned models. The leased facilities must meet all technical and safety requirements necessary to deliver high-quality training in accordance with the Norwegian Coastal Administration's standards.
