**Tender description**: The contract involves the supply of diesel fuel to the different power generators in the management of migrant centres in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. The fuel will be delivered to the centres and stored in the designated storage areas. The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, storage and maintenance of the fuel, as well as for the management of the fuel inventory. The contractor will also be responsible for the safe and efficient use of the fuel, in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards.

**Lot description**: The contract is divided into 1 lot. Lot 1: Supply of diesel fuel to the different power generators in the management of migrant centres in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

**Award criteria**: The most economically advantageous tender will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:

1. Price (weighting 60 %)

2. Quality (weighting 20 %)

3. Delivery time (weighting 20 %)

**Minimum requirements**: The contractor must have a valid licence to supply diesel fuel and must comply with all relevant regulations and standards. The contractor must also have the necessary insurance coverage and must be able to provide evidence of this upon request. The contractor must have experience in the supply of diesel fuel to power generators and must be able to provide references from previous contracts.

**Contract execution**: The contract will be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract documents. The contractor will also be responsible for the safe and efficient use of the fuel, in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards. The contract will be executed over a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal for a further 12 months, subject to the agreement of both parties.

**Contract termination**: The contract may be terminated by either party in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract documents. The contract may be terminated for breach of contract, non-performance, or for any other reason set out in the contract documents. The contract may also be terminated by mutual agreement between the parties.
