Zamowlenie: Zamowlenie on the purchase of fuel in a cashless system based on fleet cards for vehicles used by Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Kaliszu Sp. z o.o. Fuel and fuel station requirements: 1) Benzine and diesel must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1018) and the relevant standards PN-EN 228:2013-04, PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or equivalent. 2) AdBlue must meet the requirements of the ISO 22241-1/-2/-3/-4 standards or equivalent. 3) The contractor's fuel station must meet the requirements set out in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 24 July 2023 on the technical conditions that liquid fuel bases and stations, liquefied gas bases and stations, long-distance pipelines serving the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location must meet (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1707). 4) The contractor must have a fuel trading licence issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with the Act of 10.04.1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 with later amendments). 5) The purchaser requires that the nearest fuel station of the contractor is not more than 5km from the headquarters of PKS in Kaliszu Sp. z o.o., measured by the route of the public road. 6) The contractor's fuel station must have the possibility of free entry from the public road and exit to the public road with vehicles of the purchaser with a length of 15m. Fuel purchase implementation: 1) The implementation of the fuel purchase will take place: a) at the contractor's fuel station, operating in a 24/7 system, every day of the week, b) directly into the fuel tanks of the purchaser's vehicles, c) successively, depending on the purchaser's needs, d) in cashless settlement based on fleet cards. 2) The implementation of the purchase of fuel and AdBlue using a card must include the option for the driver of the vehicle being refuelled to indicate the state of its odometer (mileage) at the time of refuelling. 3) The purchaser reserves the right to refuel the same vehicle several times in one day. 4) The contractor will send an electronic summary of the fuel issued once a day, including: price, vehicle registration number, driver's first and last name. Conditions relating to fleet cards: 1) The cards will be used to purchase diesel, unleaded petrol and AdBlue. 2) The purchaser does not incur any costs related to the issuance and servicing of the cards. 3) Fleet cards must allow the purchase of diesel, unleaded petrol and AdBlue at the price indicated in the contractor's offer. 4) The purchaser reserves that the cards cannot be covered by loyalty programmes. Estimated order size: 1) The estimated order size is 750 m3 (seven hundred and fifty cubic metres) of standard diesel, 2) The estimated order size is 11000 l (eleven thousand litres) of AdBlue. 3) The estimated demand for unleaded 95 petrol for the official vehicle in the planned period of implementation of the subject of the order is as follows: unleaded 95 petrol - 1,3 m3 (one and three tenths cubic metres). 4) The purchaser reserves the right to change the quantities of the assortment, i.e. the quantity of the purchaser's demand for fuel and AdBlue may increase or decrease, but by a maximum of 20%, not causing any change in the conditions of the order, specified in the SWZ and declared by the contractor in the offer. 5) The quantities indicated include the purchaser's annual demand for diesel and AdBlue during the contract period, i.e. from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027.
