Zakazniku on the subject is the provision of a service, consisting in the mediation of payment for the catering of the Contracting Authority for a period of 48 calendar months through electronic catering cards (hereinafter "catering card") with contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. in catering facilities, restaurants, fast food outlets, food chains, food stores accepting electronic catering cards for payment of the cost of catering and ensuring the drinking regime. The subject of the order includes, in addition to the delivery of catering cards, their management and crediting (topping up) of meal units to individual catering cards according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority and in accordance with the currently valid provisions of the Labour Code, the Collective Agreement of the Enterprise and other related regulations of the Slovak Republic. The estimated quantity of catering cards during the validity of the framework agreement is 1 000 pcs. The detailed definition of the subject of the order is formed by Part B Description and determination of the price of the subject of the order of the Tender Documents, Annex B DETAILED SPECIFICATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER of the Tender Documents, Annex E DRAFT BINDING CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT or Annex I AGREEMENT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA of the Tender Documents.
