See public procurement is divided into 7 (seven) separate lots as follows:

Lot №1: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects of high construction"

Lot №2: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects with the status of immovable cultural value of "local" significance"

Lot №3: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of two objects"

Lot №4: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects of hydrotechnical construction"

Lot №5: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects of transport infrastructure in the territory of Targovishte Municipality – Category IV according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 of the Spatial Planning Act"

Lot №6: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects of transport infrastructure in the territory of Targovishte Municipality – Category III according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3 of the Spatial Planning Act"

Lot №7: "Preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for the construction of objects of transport infrastructure in the territory of Targovishte Municipality – Category II according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act"

Note for Lot №2: For objects – immovable cultural values, the consulting activity is carried out by the consultant with the participation of persons included in the register under Art. 165 of the Cultural Heritage Act (CHA), according to Art. 2, para. 2 of Ordinance №РД-02-20-25 of 03 December 2012 on the conditions and procedure for issuing a certificate for registration in the register of consultants for the assessment of compliance of investment projects and/or the exercise of construction supervision. Within the framework of the order, services related to the preparation of reports for the assessment of compliance of investment projects with the main requirements for construction, including the following activities, must be carried out:

Perform an assessment of the compliance of the "Constructive" part of the investment projects in the technical and working project phases by natural persons exercising technical control over the "Constructive" part, included in a list prepared and annually updated by the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design, which is published in the "State Gazette", or in an equivalent list or register maintained by a competent authority in a Member State of the European Union, or in another country - a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;

Prepare a comprehensive report, according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act.
