Zakazniku on the subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the mediation of catering for the employees of the contracting authority for a period of 36 months or until the total maximum price for the subject of the contract is reached, depending on which event occurs first, and this is through electronic meal cards at the contractual partners of the successful tenderer, i.e. in catering facilities, restaurants, fast food outlets, food chains and other food stores, accepting electronic meal cards for payment of the meal price in accordance with the provisions of § 152 of Act No. 311/2001 Z. z. Labour Code as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Labour Code"). Part of the subject of the contract is the delivery of electronic meal cards, the management of electronic meal cards, the allocation (top-up) of meal units to individual electronic meal cards according to the current requirements of the contracting authority and in accordance with the currently valid provisions of the Labour Code. An integral part of the electronic meal card is the application support in the mobile phone, where the customer requires that the mobile application supports the operating systems iOS and Android. At the same time, the customer requires that the electronic meal card in the mobile phone supports the interface for contactless payments using NFC. The expected quantity or scope: a maximum of 220 electronic meal cards, i.e. 166 320 expected meal units for a period of 36 months. The maximum financial volume of the subject of the contract is 1 500 000 EUR without VAT for 36 months, where the contracting authority chooses the nominal financial value of the meal unit and the quantity of issuing electronic meal cards according to its current needs during the utilisation of the Framework Agreement in partial fulfilments (orders).
