Zamowlenie on the subject is the implementation of a municipal kindergarten building in steel modular technology along with accompanying infrastructure, that is: water, electricity, telecommunications connections, kindergarten playground, public green area, internal roads, greenery along with complete post-construction documentation. In the "design and build" mode, the Contractor is also responsible for obtaining a building permit and a decision on the use of the object. The subject of the order is also the design of a flat garage with the function of a Temporary Shelter and obtaining a building permit for the object. Design area: 12679 m2, Plot area: 12679 m2, Building area: 2156 m2. The scope of work is detailed in the Functional-Utilization Program and SWZ. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of awarding orders involving the repetition of similar construction works, as mentioned in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act, i.e. within 3 years from the date of awarding the main order, to the current Contractor, orders involving the repetition of similar construction works with a value not exceeding: 2 256 571,36 € net. The subject orders have been envisaged in the order announcement for the main order and will be in line with its subject, their total value has been taken into account when calculating its value, and the orders will involve in particular: construction works, earthworks, structural works, finishing works, installation works, equipment supply, land development.
