Kuvaus

SKI tarjoaa tässä dynamisen hankintajärjestelmän (tästä eteenpäin Järjestelmä) palvelimien ja tallennuslaitteiden hankintaan. Kaikki SKI:n asiakkaat, jotka esitetään Bilag B Asiakaslista, voivat vapaaehtoisesti käyttää Järjestelmää, kun he hankkivat palvelimia ja tallennuslaitteita. Järjestelmä käsittää kaksi hankintakategoriaa:

• Kategoria 1: Korvaushankinta

• Kategoria 2: Ratkaisuhankinta

Kategorioiden sisältö on tarkemmin kuvattu Bilag C Järjestelmän kohde. Järjestelmän kohde, joka on määritelty tuoteryhmien ja palvelualojen kautta, Bilag C mukaan, on identtinen molemmissa kategorioissa, mikä tarkoittaa, että samoja tuotteita ja palveluja voidaan hankkia sekä Kategoriassa 1 että Kategoriassa 2. Kategoriat eroavat toisiaan hankintatarpeen luonteesta, jota konkreettinen hankinta täytyy täyttää, eikä siis välttämättä hankintakohteen luonteesta.

Kategoria 1 käytetään, kun asiakkaalla on tarve korvata tai laajentaa olemassa olevaa ratkaisua. Kategoria 2 käytetään, kun asiakkaalla on tarve hankkia uusi kokonaisratkaisu, joka ei perustu olemassa olevaan asennukseen.
