The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the procurement of a debt collection system for municipal self-collection, the system shall be used for follow-up and collection of all types of requirements for Fredrikstad municipality, Hvaler municipality and Fredrikstad Church Council and shall be provided as cloud services (SaaS).
