Serviceavtal för laddinfrastruktur

**1. Beskrivning**

Denna upphandling syftar till att skapa en ramavtal för leverans av laddinfrastruktur för elfordon. Ramavtalet ska gälla för en period av 4 år med möjlighet att förlängas med ytterligare 2 år. Leverantören ska leverera och installera laddstolpar, laddstationer och andra relaterade utrustningar.

**2. Tekniska krav**

Leverantören ska leverera laddinfrastruktur som uppfyller följande tekniska krav:

- Laddstolpar ska vara av typen Typ 2 (IEC 62196-2) och Typ 3 (IEC 62196-3).

- Laddstationer ska ha en maximalt laddförmåga på 22 kW.

- Laddstolpar och laddstationer ska vara kompatibla med OCP (Open Charge Point Protocol).

- Laddinfrastruktur ska vara certifierad enligt IEC 61851-1 och IEC 61851-21.

- Laddinfrastruktur ska vara utrustad med en funktion för fjärrövervakning och -styrning.

**3. Ekonomiska villkor**

Den totala upphandlingsbudget är 5 000 000 SEK. Leverantören ska lämna in ett prisproposition som inkluderar alla kostnader för leverans, installation, underhåll och service under hela avtalsperioden.

**4. Leveransvillkor**

Leverans av laddinfrastruktur ska ske inom 6 månader från undertecknandet av avtalet. Leverantören ska även tillhandahålla en garanti på 2 år för alla levererade produkter.

**5. Villkor för avtalets uppsägning**

Avtalet kan uppsägas av någon av parterna med en varselstid på 3 månader. Vid uppsägning ska leverantören fortsätta att tillhandahålla underhåll och service under den pågående avtalsperioden.

**6. Övriga villkor**

Leverantören ska följa alla gällande lagar och regler samt EU:s offentliga upphandlingsdirektiv. Leverantören ska även tillhandahålla alla nödvändiga dokumentation och certifikat för levererad utrustning.

Service agreement for charging infrastructure

**1. Description**

This procurement aims to create a framework agreement for the supply of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The framework agreement shall be valid for a period of 4 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. The supplier shall supply and install charging poles, charging stations and other related equipment.

**2. Technical requirements**

The supplier shall supply charging infrastructure that meets the following technical requirements:

- Charging poles shall be of Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) and Type 3 (IEC 62196-3).

- Charging stations shall have a maximum charging capacity of 22 kW.

- Charging poles and charging stations shall be compatible with OCP (Open Charge Point Protocol).

- Charging infrastructure shall be certified according to IEC 61851-1 and IEC 61851-21.

- Charging infrastructure shall be equipped with a function for remote monitoring and control.

**3. Economic conditions**

The total procurement budget is 5 000 000 SEK. The supplier shall submit a price proposal that includes all costs for delivery, installation, maintenance and service during the entire contract period.

**4. Delivery conditions**

Delivery of charging infrastructure shall take place within 6 months from the signing of the agreement. The supplier shall also provide a 2-year warranty for all delivered products.

**5. Conditions for termination of the agreement**

The agreement may be terminated by either party with a notice period of 3 months. Upon termination, the supplier shall continue to provide maintenance and service during the remaining contract period.

Accord-cadre pour infrastructure de recharge

**1. Description**

Le présent marché vise à créer un accord-cadre pour la fourniture d'infrastructure de recharge pour véhicules électriques. L'accord-cadre sera valable pour une période de 4 ans avec la possibilité de prolongation pour 2 années supplémentaires. Le fournisseur devra fournir et installer des bornes de recharge, des stations de recharge et autres équipements associés.

**2. Exigences techniques**

Le fournisseur devra fournir une infrastructure de recharge répondant aux exigences techniques suivantes :
