Only new (never used) devices and only identical (same make and model) devices may be offered. 3 years (36 months) full manufacturer warranty (on-site manufacturer guarantee) must be provided. Where the subject of the procurement requires a clear and understandable definition, the Inviting Entity accepts the offer of equivalent devices, equipment, etc., in accordance with the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). If the technical description refers to a specific make, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, in that case the Inviting Entity in all cases understands the product "or equivalent". The proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the Tenderer. For the proof of equivalence, the Tenderers may use evidence in any form. The exact quantitative and qualitative data are contained in the Procurement Documents.
