Roumanie – Agents floculants – AGENTI DE FLOCULARE (POLIELECTROLIT)

Acquisition of flocculating agents for ensuring optimal conditions for the operation of the compartments involved in the treatment of wastewater – thickening/dehydration processing of the sludge resulting from the treatment of wastewater. In the wastewater treatment plants, domestic wastewater is subjected to several stages of mechanical, biological or chemical removal of suspensions, sand, toxic pollutants, fats, and is then separated by decantation from the resulting sludge. Excess sludge must be removed for the biochemically control processes to be efficiently controlled, the removal being done through stabilization and thickening/dehydration processing. The thickening/dehydration processing of the sludge is carried out by adding flocculating agents - polyelectrolytes which favor concentration and dehydration processes, acting on the solid particles in the sludge, by neutralizing the electrical charge of these and by forming flocs with improved dehydration properties. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Questions will be posted in SEAP in the "Clarification Requests/Questions" section. Deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to clarification requests submitted in accordance with the deadline set in the invitation to tender: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the deadline set.
