Acquisition of vacuum therapy devices with the operation of a decentralised warehouse in 3 parts, a total of 2110 units, as detailed in the Technical Description forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The bidder commits to a 70% call-off. The bidder, in all parts, has the option to exercise the option for + 30% of the quantity specified separately for each part in the invitation to tender (without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions) during the performance. The bidder is entitled to exercise the option at the price recorded in the winning bid during the contract period. The detailed conditions relating to the operation of the decentralised warehouse are contained in the Contract Draft forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The bidder must declare in the bid that they accept the conditions for the establishment of the decentralised warehouse. The declaration – in the event of a subsequent call for correction – is invalid in the absence of a declaration.
