Roumanie – Services de transport aérien non régulier – Achizitie de servicii de transport aerian intern si international pentru Aparatul central si alte unitati subordonate ale MAI, pe baza unor acorduri-cadru, pe o perioadă de 24 de luni

Acquisition of internal and international air transport services for the central apparatus and other subordinate units of the MAI, based on framework agreements, for a period of 24 months, structured as follows:

- Lot 1 - Internal and international direct route air transport services - economy class;

- Lot 2 - Occasional internal and international passenger air transport services, other than those defined in Lot 1.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, specified in section I.3) Communication in the data sheet.
