Annual procurement of various food products for 2027 for the needs of the Prison in Požega. The offered goods must fully meet all the required conditions from the description of the subject of the procurement and the price list. The contracting authority may, during the procedure of examining and evaluating offers, request from the tenderer the delivery of certain documents related to the subject of the procurement (product declaration, etc.), with which it is proven that the offered goods correspond to the characteristics indicated in the description of the subject of the procurement and the price list. If it is established that the offered goods do not meet the conditions, characteristics and description of the subject of the procurement, the contracting authority will reject such an offer as invalid.
