(2) of the Public Procurement Act - and contractual conditions for the concrete procurement to be implemented in the DBR for the economic operators participating in the DBR, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender. The economic operators invited to submit a tender can submit their tender in the tendering phase, based on this! The characteristic period for a tendering phase is, for NPK fertilisers, May-August, and for nitrogen fertilisers, September-May. The concrete acquisitions are shaped according to the current needs of the Call for Tenders. The duration of the DBR is 24 months.
