Belgique – Services relatifs à l'environnement – European Monitoring of Biodiversity in Agricultural Landscapes (EMBAL) 2028

OBJECTIVES: The general objectives of this contract are to contribute towards i) the establishment of a robust data series on the state of biodiversity in agricultural landscapes in the EU, and ii) a better understanding of (the impacts of policy actions on) the biodiversity trends in agricultural landscapes at the EU and national level. The specific objectives of this contract are i) to undertake the EMBAL field survey in all EU Member States in 2028 and 2029, and ii) to analyse the collected data. The contract will survey at least 4 500 sites in each year (i.e. undertake at least 9 000 site-surveys across the two years), strictly following the EMBAL survey protocol and technical guidelines as prepared and executed in the EMBAL survey 2022/2023. TASKS: 1) Préparation de l'enquête sur le terrain (y compris la stratégie et la conception de l'échantillonnage, le prétraitement des sites de surveillance, la sélection et le recrutement des enquêteurs, le matériel et l'équipement, le flux de données numérisées, le centre d'aide, le contrôle de la qualité et la planification des contingences); 2) Exécution de l'enquête sur le terrain; 3) Post-traitement des données; 4) Analyse des données; 5) Organisation d'une conférence pour présenter les résultats.
