Licences, support, maintenance and operation of software for care management (including the corresponding best-practice interfaces with relevant peripheral systems such as, for example, medical applications/Vitomed, DMS, ERP, etc.) for the Gesundheitszentrum Dielsdorf with approximately 500 employees. Overall responsibility for operation and support, delivery, installation and commissioning of all components with data migration from the current system (Lobos). Setup, configuration, parameterisation, introduction, training, data migration from existing systems up to the turnkey solution.
