Acquisition of products with the object “Enterprise Resource Planning System SPRI, including the stages of analysis, design, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, licensing and maintenance services, according to the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference. The system will be used by the Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucuresti S.A., for modeling and automating economic, financial, commercial, logistical and technical-operational processes, in order to optimize activities and ensure the necessary information support for analyses and the decision-making process. The product to be delivered must comply with the requirements imposed by the Terms of Reference. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/supplementary information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or supplementary information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) of Law no. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information on the 12th day before the deadline set for submitting offers. C. In accordance with the provisions of art. 29 para. (3) of HG no. 394/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity states that it will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set.
