Norway – Building installation work – Purchase of Construction Work, Joinery and Painting - East Finnmark area.

The contracting authority would like to join up with a professional cooperation partner for construction work, carpentry and painting, as well as janitor services, in connection with the management of our owned and possibly leased buildings in the geographical area of East Finnmark. Tenderers must have local employees in the area, as work can be urgent and they must then have a short travel distance. The Contracting Authority manages buildings and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the property portfolio. There will be differences in the need for assignments and services from year to year. The aim of this framework agreement is to manage the contracting authority's owned and leased buildings in a professional and future-oriented manner. This will be done by entering into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can provide the agreed services. The framework agreement shall also contribute to changing the focus from damage and repairs and over to preventive maintenance.
