Services for the modification of special plans for the heat sector, covering the services for the modification of special plans for the heat sector of Trakų city, Rūdiškių city, Lentvario city, Aukštadvario town, Senųjų Trakų village. Services I-V for the parts of the procurement object to be provided, guided by the provisions of the Law on Heat Sector of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Law), implementing the goals and tasks indicated in the Law, as well as the development of heat production and transmission technologies, competitive environment, heat production price trends, changes in environmental pollution and other significant factors and the Rules for the Preparation of Special Plans of the Heat Sector. With the decisions of the special plans, it is sought to ensure the harmonious development of the parts of the territory of Trakų municipality and the rational use of territories, funds and other resources, taking into account the long-term needs of the development of the heat sector. Services I-V for the parts of the procurement object cover the Preliminary, Preparation and Final stages. When providing services, a working interactive map of the current and planned territory will be prepared for the parts I-V of the procurement object.
