Architectural and engineering services as general planning services in the performance categories of building design, structural design and technical equipment for the renovation and modernisation of the four buildings are required. These include two old buildings and two prefabricated buildings. The renovation, modernisation and expansion measures are to modernise and, if necessary, optimise the apartments and areas in the buildings (e.g. DG conversion). In addition, existing pollutants are to be removed and the building is to be renovated or modernised energetically, taking into account regenerative energies. The entire planning must take into account the economic and technical specifications of the contracting authority. The contract will be awarded to one bidder for all four buildings.
