**Section I**

1. **In the course of executing the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:**

1.1. **Collect and transfer for disposal waste with code 19 12 12 resulting from the sorting of selectively collected waste with code 15 01 06 for the production of alternative fuel.**

1.2. **Collect the waste no later than 7 days from the time of the telephone notification by the Contracting Authority's representative.**

2. **Characteristics of the waste to be collected:**

2.1. **The estimated amount of waste to be collected during the contract period is 500 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the given quantity is an estimated quantity, reflecting the possible size of the subject matter of the contract and may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to implement the contract in full to the given quantity of waste. The Contracting Authority has the right to implement the contract in a quantity greater than the given estimated quantity.**

2.2. **The aforementioned waste is stored before transport under a covered storage shed in compressed bales wrapped with steel wire, each weighing approximately 500 kg.**

2.3. **The estimated amount of waste for single transport is approximately 22 to 24 Mg.**

3. **Organisational and technical requirements for the Contractor:**

3.1. **The Contractor is obliged to possess, throughout the contract period, the current permit(s) and decision(s) in the field of transport and disposal of waste with code 19 12 12.**

3.2. **During the transport of waste to the place of disposal, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the currently applicable regulations in the field of waste transport, OHS, fire safety, traffic organisation and regulations in force at the waste receiver's premises.**

3.3. **The loading of waste will be carried out by the Contracting Authority on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 7:00 – 13:00.**

3.4. **Agreements and decisions regarding the execution of the contract will be coordinated by the Contracting Authority with the designated representative of the Contractor.**

3.5. **The weighing of waste will be carried out on the legalised scales of the Contracting Authority and the waste receiver.**

3.6. **From the moment of issuing the waste to the Contractor, all obligations pass to the Contractor, in particular the preparation of the waste for transport (proper securing of the load), delivery of the waste to the destination and care of the load en route, unloading of the waste.**

3.7. **The Contractor must submit to the Contracting Authority the registration number received from the packaging and waste management database, known as BDO.**

4. **Terms of settlement between the parties for the service performed:**

4.1. **The settlement between the parties will use the price per Mg of waste transported and disposed of.**

4.2. **The settlement will only take place after the tonnage has been confirmed by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority on the waste transfer cards in the BDO system.**

4.3. **The settlement for the transported waste will take place on a monthly cycle.**

4.4. **The payment term for the service performed is 14 days.**

5. **Other agreements:**

5.1. **The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting an offer by an intermediary in waste management.**

**Section II**

IV.2. **The subject of the contract includes:**

1. **In the course of executing the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:**

1.1. **Collect and transfer for disposal waste with code 19 12 12 resulting from the shredding of bulky waste with code 20 03 07 for the production of alternative fuel.**

1.2. **Collect the waste no later than 7 days from the time of the telephone notification by the Contracting Authority's representative.**

2. **Characteristics of the waste to be collected:**

2.1. **The estimated amount of waste to be collected during the contract period is 900 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that the given quantity is an estimated quantity, reflecting the possible size of the subject matter of the contract and may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to implement the contract in full to the given quantity of waste. The Contracting Authority has the right to implement the contract in a quantity greater than the given estimated quantity.**

2.3. **The estimated amount of waste for single transport is approximately 17-20 Mg.**

3. **Organisational and technical requirements for the Contractor:**

3.1. **The Contractor is obliged to possess, throughout the contract period, the current permit(s) and decision(s) in the field of transport and disposal of waste with code 19 12 12.**

3.2. **During the transport of waste to the place of disposal, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the currently applicable regulations in the field of waste transport, OHS, fire safety, traffic organisation and regulations in force at the waste receiver's premises.**
