Acquisition of ventilators with maintenance and consumable materials

The public contract is divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Purchase of two ventilators with maintenance and consumable materials

Lot 2: Purchase of two transport ventilators with maintenance and consumable materials

The subject of the public contract also includes:

- the supply of consumable materials, namely for a period of 4 (four) years from the conclusion of the framework agreement (for both lots);

- maintenance of the equipment, which includes both preventive maintenance of the equipment (maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions) and corrective maintenance of the equipment (troubleshooting) for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery of the equipment (for both lots).

The subject of the public contract is further defined in the Specification of the Buyer's Requirements and the tender documentation.

The tenderer must offer all the tendered equipment, consumable materials for a period of 4 years and all maintenance work (for a period of 7 years from the delivery of the equipment) within the subject of the public contract for each lot for which it submits a tender.
