Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invite market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks. We are looking for partners who not only have the necessary expertise and experience in the safe emptying, cleaning and/or preparation of sludge digestion tanks, but who also want to invest in a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation, without an integral execution obligation. The works include, among others, the emptying of sludge digestion tanks, the removal and disposal of sludge (residues), the cleaning of the tanks and associated installation parts, as well as the performance of additional works necessary to safely inspect, maintain or put the tanks back into operation. There is no maximum set for the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any Registrant who meets the required suitability criteria (see Chapter 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditures, the size of the contract for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300,000 (excluding VAT) per year. For the entire duration of the agreement of 6 years, including extensions, the total estimated size is set at approximately €1,800,000 (excluding VAT). To cover possible unforeseen costs, a 100% margin has been applied in the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €3,600,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire duration of the contract. The amounts mentioned above are solely indicative. The contractor cannot derive any claim or right from them. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase and gives no turnover guarantee. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
