Justizvollzugsanstalt Tonna, Im Stemker 4, 99958 Tonna, Construction of a new secure detention facility. The service of specialist planning TA is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with a selection phase for the performance phases 2, 3 and 5 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). For the scope of the planning, please refer to the published task description (file "0283-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf"). For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence is required by the set deadline. The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will be participants in the second stage of the procedure (tendering stage). In the second stage, the sketch design must then be prepared and submitted with the first offer. Further negotiations will be conducted on the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, the bidders will be invited to make a presentation to personally present themselves before a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
