Description: Scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is the services related to the preparation of design and cost documentation, including the provision of author's supervision over the construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation, which is the subject of this contract. The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the performance of II tasks:

a. Task I: preparation of design and cost documentation;

b. Task II: provision of author's supervision over the construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation, which is the subject of this contract.

2) The subject of the contract has been divided into six parts

a. Part I – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Construction of a retention tank in the ditch in the Karolewo Forestry”;

b. Part II – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Increasing the retention capacity of the tank by constructing a dam in the Owczegłowy Forestry”;

c. Part III – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Construction of 6 weirs with ditch dredging in the Antoniewo Forestry”;

d. Part IV – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Increasing retention capacity on the Rudka River in the Żelice Forestry”;

e. Part V – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Construction of a culvert with a weir in the Antoniewo Forestry”;

f. Part VI – Preparation of design documentation for the task entitled “Construction of a weir in the Antoniewo Forestry”.
