Acquisition of mixed medical services for the Pilisvörösvári Outpatient Clinic. The program's objective: The preservation of health is linked to our lifestyle, our physical and mental health, and our physical condition. We can only maintain our health if we are aware of how healthy we are, and we know what factors influence our health, and what we can do to effectively maintain our health. By determining our physical and mental parameters and assessing our lifestyle, we can determine our health risks and what we need to do. The program aims to provide various screenings and lectures on healthy living, as well as community consultations, to assist Pilisvörösvár residents in maintaining their health and providing guidance on lifestyle changes. Participants in the program will be selected from the at-risk population of Pilisvörösvár by the town's general practitioners, the specialists at the outpatient clinic, and the health status assessment and risk assessment carried out within the framework of the tender. For those involved in the program, screenings will be carried out in the necessary specialist areas, and lectures and consultations to support the necessary lifestyle changes will be held. The aim of implementing the program is to provide the at-risk population with appropriate screening programs and consultations (primary and secondary prevention), and thereby to extend the years of healthy life. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive program has been developed, the individual components of which, or the entire program, can be used by a single person. The target group to be involved in the program, its duration: Involvement of Pilisvörösvár residents with health risks in maintaining their health with the involvement of local healthcare providers (general practitioners, outpatient clinic). The program covers various specialist areas, where the minimum number of participants determined ensures the provision of various services, consultations, and educational materials to those affected for a period of three years. During the program, an individual can participate in multiple screenings or lectures. The individual sub-programs and the minimum number of participants involved are distributed over 3 years. I.
