K2648 Acquisition of heat meters and their components

BKM BUDAPESTI KÖZMŰVEK Nonprofit Zrt. FŐTÁV Division, within the service area, carries out the metering of heat consumption in accordance with legal requirements – as part of public service activities – in the heat centres of the district heating systems. The heat meter must also be suitable for measuring cooling energy. In the case of legally binding measurements, BKM Nonprofit Zrt. is obliged to carry out an official heat consumption measurement, and this measurement is the basis for settlement with users. In order to set up and maintain the measuring points, BKM Nonprofit Zrt. wishes to carry out a public procurement procedure for the purchase of heat consumption meters, their subassemblies and components. The subject of the present public procurement procedure is the heat meters, which are made up of subassemblies, namely separately mountable flow meters, computing units (integrator) and temperature sensor pairs, as well as the connectors and additional modules required for assembly. The Invitation to Tender requires the delivery of these and the support activities necessary for their operation. The aim of the listed requirements is to ensure that the heat meters to be delivered comply with the metrology regulations and to ensure that they fully integrate into the operational and maintenance processes of the Invitation to Tender for heat meters.
