**Contract Notice:**

The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, Department of Roads and Motorways, intends to award a contract for the supply of a new portal milling machine. The new machine will replace 3 existing portal milling machines (2x FP20, 1x FP16). The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the best value for money, taking into account the quality, price and delivery time of the machine. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, No. 134/2016 Coll. and the Regulation (EU) No 2015/1926.

**Contract Value:**

The estimated contract value is EUR 5,000,000 (excluding VAT).

**Contract Duration:**

The contract duration is 12 months from the date of signature.

**Contract Type:**

The contract type is a supply contract.

**Contract Description:**

The new portal milling machine must be capable of performing the following tasks:

- Milling of asphalt and concrete surfaces

- Milling of longitudinal and transverse slopes

- Milling of different depths and widths

- Milling of curves and circular shapes

- The machine must be equipped with a modern control system, allowing for precise and efficient milling operations.

**Tenderers must submit the following documents:**

- A completed tender form

- A technical proposal, including a description of the machine, its technical specifications, and its capabilities

- A price proposal, including the price of the machine, delivery time, and any additional costs

- A declaration of conformity with the Public Procurement Act, No. 134/2016 Coll. and the Regulation (EU) No 2015/1926

- A declaration of conformity with the environmental and social standards set out in the contract documents

**Tenderers must also provide the following information:**

- The name and contact details of the tenderer

- The name and contact details of the person responsible for the tender

- The name and contact details of the person responsible for the technical proposal

- The name and contact details of the person responsible for the price proposal

**Tenderers must submit their tenders in English or Czech. Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Ministry's electronic procurement system, available at https://eprocurement.mtd.cz.**

**Tenderers must submit their tenders by 20/02/2024, 14:00 CET. Late tenders will not be accepted.**

**The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, Department of Roads and Motorways, reserves the right to reject any tender that does not comply with the requirements set out in the contract notice or that is incomplete.**

**The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, Department of Roads and Motorways, reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure at any time and without giving reasons.**

**The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, Department of Roads and Motorways, reserves the right to award the contract to a bidder that offers a lower price than the estimated contract value, provided that the bidder meets all the requirements set out in the contract notice and that the bidder's offer represents the best value for money.**
