1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest termomodernizacja, remont i przebudowa budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z budową wewnętrznej i zewnętrznej instalacji gazowej oraz rozbiórką budynków gospodarczych przy ul. Modrej 47 i Żurawiej 1 w Gdańsku w ramach projektu p.n. „Kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych i użytkowych objętych ochroną konserwatorską, zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Miasta Gdańska - w latach 2024-2027”. 2.Zakres robót obejmuje: a) Roboty rozbiórkowe i demontażowe, b) Zagospodarowanie terenu, c) Roboty budowlane, d) Instalacje sanitarne, e) Instalacje elektryczne i teletechniczne. 3. Szczegóły opisano w pkt 3 OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
