Performance: Interdisciplinary planning services for outpatient dentistry in modular construction

Description: The replacement new construction of the ZMK is intended to create a modern dental diagnostics, therapy and teaching centre. The usable area of the building is a maximum of 4,999 m². The replacement new construction of the ZMK is to be realised in element/modular construction with a maximum accelerated construction time. The interdisciplinary planning partner, among other things, draws up a functional performance specification for the award of the execution services to a general contractor (TU) and thus creates the prerequisites for a system-neutral and functionally appropriate solution to the construction task. The planning services are to be aligned with an elementated or modular construction method in order to guarantee a maximum accelerated construction execution and the avoidance of redundant planning and coordination processes. In doing so, the planning partner must bundle and coordinate all relevant architectural and specialist planning services. The task includes, among other things, the clarification and definition of the target specifications in the following areas: operational and functional space audit, creation of a digital room catalogue (room books), creation of functional layouts for buildings and outdoor or open spaces, creation of concepts for information and communication technology, medical IT, technical building equipment, medical technology, drainage and construction logistics, creation of a functional performance specification for a general contractor, involvement in the awarding and quality assurance within the scope of the performance phase 4 (approval planning) of the TU.

Dates: The contract notice of the TU award procedure on the basis of the functional performance specification is planned for Q1 2028. The quality assurance of the performance phase 3 and 4 of the TU is expected to be completed by Q3 2028. The implementation of the construction measure must be completed in total by the end of Q4 2030.
