Licences for ensuring the functionality of equipment within the external assistance project "CSOC - Creation of a Cybersecurity Operational Centre for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova", in accordance with Grant Contract No. 140975 of 03.07.2025, through the Interreg Romania-Republic of Moldova Programme, in the context of implementing the project ROMD00049 Information and Security Event Management Solution must include: a perpetual licence, native integration with at least the most popular systems for event collection, a centralised web console for managing and visualising events, at least 250 agentless monitored hosts, at least 50 monitored hosts (data sources) in installed advanced agent mode, a capacity of at least 3000 EPS. The solution must include an Indicators of Compromise (IoC) subscription for a period of at least 3 years.
