The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of section 46 (3) of the 321/2015 (X. 30.) Government Decree: the references to specific brands, origins, or types of goods in the Technical Specification and the Pricing Table are made solely to ensure the clear and unambiguous definition of the subject of the procurement. The contracting authority will also accept equivalent offers.
