**Description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority, Comune di Roma, intends to award a concession contract for the management of the municipal swimming pool, including the execution of air conditioning works. The concession will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the services offered, the price, and the technical and economic proposals submitted.

The concession contract will have a duration of 10 years, with the possibility of extension for a further 5 years, subject to the achievement of certain performance targets. The estimated value of the contract is €5,000,000.

The contract will be awarded using the open procedure, as set out in Directive 2014/24/EU.
