Málta – Digitális feltérképezési szolgáltatások – SPD8/2026/095 TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ROUND 5 REPORTING OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING THE STRATEGIC NOISE MAPPING IN MALTA UNDER THE DIRECTIVE 2002/49/EC – ERA

1.1 The subject of this tender is the provision of consultancy services to fulfil the Round 5 Reporting obligations including the Strategic Noise Mapping in Malta under the Environmental Noise Directive (END) 2002/49/EC with the following requirements: i. Review of Round 4 Strategic Noise Mapping; ii. Data Collection; o Collection of model input data for noise sources; and o Measurement of noise from sites of industrial activity affecting the agglomeration; iii. Project Report and Compilation of Noise Maps; o Capacity building workshop for ERA’s noise team regarding methodology utilising the noise modelling software and the CNOSSOS-EU computational model in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/996; o Development of R5 Strategic Noise Maps and delivery of Final Model Data Input (FMDI) GIS files and noise modelling files; iv. Final Project Reporting and reporting of the final deliverables in line with the EEA
