A tendering procedure's goal is to conclude a framework agreement with multiple framework partners for the procurement of special services in the field of pathology. The procurement is carried out in seven lots. The procurement of the advertised services is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the BVergG 2018 applicable to the procurement of special services, in a single-stage negotiated procedure with prior publication in the above-threshold area (Sections 7, 151 in conjunction with Annex XVI BVergG 2018) for the award of a framework agreement (in accordance with Sections 153 ff BVergG 2018).
