Šio pasiūlymų prašymo (RFP) tema yra koncesijos suteikimas finansavimui, statybai ir operacijoms Maltos Filmų Studijų, įsikūrusioms apie devyniasdešimt du tūkstančius keturiasdešimt kvadratinių metrų (92 400) m² plotą Kalkaroje, Malta („Projektas“). Koncesiją gauti pasiūlytojas atsakys už finansavimą, statybą ir projektą. Norima, kad per šį RFP Malta būtų transformuota į globalų filmų ir televizijos produkcijos centrą, šalį išstūmus į naują filmų kūrimo karjerų erą ir įtvirtinus Maltos pasaulio klasės filmų pramonės globalinį pripažinimą, skatindamas ekonomikos augimą, inovacijų kūrimą kūrybinėse pramonėse ir kurdamas specializuotus darbo vietų.

The subject of this Request for Proposals is the award of a concession for the financing, construction, and operations of the Malta Film Studios based on a circa ninety-two thousand four-hundred square metre (92,400) m² site in Kalkara, Malta (the "Project”). The Tenderer that is awarded the concession shall be responsible for the financing, construction and operation of the Project. The intention is that through this RFP, Malta will be transformed into a global hub for film and television production, propelling the country into a new era of film-making careers and establishing Malta's global recognition as a world-class film industry, driving economic growth, fostering innovation in the creative industries, and creating specialized employment opportunities.
